Kochi. Bharat’s true narrative must be proclaimed to the world, said Prajna Pravah National Convenor J. Nandakumar. He noted that Bharat managed to do this through the G20 summit, but there is still much progress to be made. He emphasized that when Bharat distributed COVID-19 vaccines globally, it was not just an act of medical aid but also a manifestation of Bharat’s prayer for the well-being of all.
Speaking at Social Media Confluence Lakshya, organized by Vishwa Samvad Kendra, J. Nandakumar warned that intellectual atomic bombs could be deployed against Bharat. These highly destructive ideological bombs must be countered with clear strategies. It is essential to identify, oppose, and dismantle forces working against Bharat. Creating social awareness and fostering societal harmony must be our mission. The message of Bharat’s eternal Sanatan Dharma and its profound culture must be spread worldwide. Victory in this narrative war will ultimately be ours.
He stressed that our goal should shine as brightly as the North Star. We must increase the number of people who think nationally. The number of such individuals is already large, but the voices of those spreading false propaganda seem louder only because the voices of the righteous remain silent. Therefore, it is crucial to amplify the voices of those who believe in goodness.
He emphasized two key aspects – khandan (refutation) and mandan (establishment). True wisdom and discernment arise only when we study opposing ideas. We must understand the language of anti-national forces. These forces operate with similar strategies: they weaken society, create instability, and manufacture crises to fuel unrest. They systematically demoralize anything rooted in Bharatiya culture.
In the past, there were propaganda campaigns demanding the destruction of temples. This was an attempt to instil distrust towards authentic places of worship. Their goal is to break faith and leave minds empty. This emptiness then leads to crises such as suicidal tendencies, drug abuse, and depression.
Nandakumar pointed out that today’s drug epidemic is linked to vigraha dhwansan (idol destruction) ideologies. These forces are trying to normalize drug use and make it seem acceptable. They claim that such issues are commonplace. We must remain vigilant.
We are in the middle of a war, he said – an intense narrative war. Society is being manipulated in various ways. It is essential to recognize these tactics and counter them. There is a deliberate attempt to create ideologies that turn families against each other. He concluded by urging everyone to actively participate in this battle for Bharat’s cultural and ideological future.
