Delhi Riots 2019 – A Pre-planned Conspiracy

Spread the love

Five Years back, in the night of February 23, 2020 major communal violence erupted in East Delhi. Anti-social elements accompanied by some anti-national goons started violent agitation in the name of protests against The Citizenship Amendment Act 2019, which was passed by both houses of parliament by a thumping majority of votes and got accent of President of Bharat on December 12, 2019. 53 innocent people were killed including one IB Officer and two officers of Delhi police. 200 persons suffered injuries, without any fault of them. 100 Houses and 500 Vehicles were set to ablaze. It is estimated that violence caused loss of Rs. 1000 crores.

A total of 757 FIR’s were registered in different police stations. 414 charge sheets have already been filed by police after investigation. Some cases are still under investigation. A total of 2174 culprits have been arrested so far. One case resulted in conviction of offenders.

Why citizenship Act needed amendment? Since civilization came on this planet, people started migrating from one nation to other, searching for work and better facilities for life. Every country frames laws, providing conditions to grant its citizenship and also when a person ceases to be its citizen if goes out permanently. As per Article 5 of our constitution, a person who born in Bharat, or either of his/her parents was born in Bharat or he /she was ordinary resident of Bharat as on 26th January 1950, or he/she was migrated to Bharat from present Pakistan before 26th January 1950, is citizen of Bharat. This was position, when constitution came into force. Parliament of Bharat passed The Citizenship Act in 1955, which prescribes as how Bharatiya citizenship can be acquired or under what circumstances person ceases to be Bharatiya citizen. This act has been amended several times. Last amendment took place in December 2019. This amendment paved way to expedite citizenship (from 11 years to 5 years) for those persecuted minorities i.e. Hindu, Sikh, Jain, Buddhist, Parsi and Christian, who came to Bharat from Pakistan, Bangladesh or Afghanistan till December 31, 2014 and seek citizenship. Protesters allege that this is discriminatory against Muslims.

It is clear as day light that this amendment does not deprive anyone from his/her citizenship. It simply expedites process of granting citizenship for those, who are made to suffer in said three Muslim countries due to their religion i.e. non-Islam. Even a Muslim person can apply for Bharatiya citizenship after coming from those three countries, although time for him will be 11 years and not 5 years. Prime Minister and Home Minister clarified all this but rioters did not give any ear to them. Moreover, it is for each country, to whom it allows its citizenship and to whom not. Every country has its own laws. For example, some gulf countries seldom grant citizenship to a foreigner, even if he lives there for decades. Israel happily allows citizenship to every Jew, coming from anywhere in the world. Why halla against Bharat only. In the guise of protestors, these were separatists and anti-social elements who took control of agitation. Anti-Bharat slogans were raised frequently. People were induced to revolt against Hindu Religion. Threatening’s were advanced to disintegrate Bharat by separating North-East States (chicken neck). Radical groups like Pinjra-Tod, Jamia Coordination Committee, Alumni Association of Jamia Milia Islamia Popular Front of India (PFI) started spreading hatred against Hindu’s. Evidences are found to verify that these separatist groups were funded by some enemy countries through PFI, some local politicians joined them for the sake of their vote bank at the cost of National interest. Some leaders of Congress and Aam Aadmi party came in support of these radicals openly. All this threw national integrity in jeopardy.

There are enough evidence to establish that this agitation was not spontaneous but was pre-planned. It was funded by enemy countries and groups who want Bharat to disintegrate in pieces. Stones were already collected on roofs of several houses, so that same be thrown on innocent people to scare and kill them. Many Muslim parents withdrew their children from schools in the morning of day, riots took place as if they knew about riots beforehand.

President of USA was just to arrive in Bharat and riots started as if to show him, that Muslims are persecuted in Bharat. Sarjeel Imam was heard saying about President Donald Trump’s visit.

Recently a ‘You Tuber’ who publish video’s in the name of NMF news referred ‘Wiki Leak’ which on the basis of declassified documents of CIA, claimed that protests against CAA as well as farmers agitation in Bharat were funded by George Soros Foundation.

There are some groups living within Bharat, who are planning constantly, as how to break Bharat into several States and to weaken it so that they can control it and govern it. We have to be vigilant enough to thwart any attempt to disintegrate Bharat Mata.
