Thiruvananthapuarm. Four RSS swayamsevaks were injured after goons belonging to the youth wing of CPI(M), Democratic Youth Federation of India (DYFI), attacked them. The police was also involved in the attack.
The injured RSS swayamsevaks were Biju, Kannan, Madhu, and Unnikrishnan. They have been shifted to the hospital. The area was tense after a rest place constructed by the BMS was destroyed. The attack on the RSS workers follows after the destruction of the structure.
The attack was committed by goons who were brought by Prajil, who is also the person who had led an attack on the BJP State Office.
The BJP District President, Adv. S. Suresh accused the Communist party for trying to turn Vattiyoorkavu into another Kannur, where the CPI(M) unleashes political killings and attacks.
