New Delhi. Prajna Pravah in collaboration with Karnataka State Rural Development and Panchayat Raj University (KSRDPRU), the only one of its kind in the country, for Teaching, Training, and Research Holistic Development through Panchayat Raj Institutions has taken up several initiatives with relevance to Swaraj which we have termed as ‘Swaraj Initiatives”, in this AmrutParv.
Prajna Pravah and KSRDPRU in association with likeminded institutions will be organizing a three-day International Conference on Swaraj – “Native models of Self-Governance” to be held between 1st to 3rd March 2023 at KSRDPR University Gadag, Karnataka.
This conference, a first of its kind, aims to build a strong academic discourse and create a platform to understand the Philosophy of Swaraj by bringing native models of self-governance that existed the world over to the fore. Further, the conference seeks to explore native models of self-governance by inviting research papers, case studies, and new discourses on related subjects.
This conference will attract Professionals, Practitioners and Academicians nationally and internationally, who have domain expertise in their respective fields. We expect participation of delegates from the Industry and Academia of National and International prominence at the conference. The outcomes of this conference are expected to influence, governance and policy making institutions.
An exhibition depicting various aspects of Swaraj and activities of participating organizations will be on show at the Venue.
Dignitaries and Intellectuals from all walks of life including, Government, Non-Government, Academia, Scholars, Practicing Professionals, Industrialists etc will be participating in the 3 day deliberations.
