Nagpur – 12 May, 2025. The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh’s Karyakarta Vikas Varga Dwitiya was inaugurated on Monday morning, at the Maharshi Vyas Auditorium in Dr. Hedgewar Smriti Bhavan, Reshimbagh, Nagpur. On this occasion, Sah Sarkaryavah and Palak Adhikari of the Varga Alok Kumar Ji, Sah Sarkaryavah Ramdutta Chakradhar Ji and Varga Sarvadhikari East Orissa Prant Sanghchalak Sameer Kumar Mohanty offered flowers to Bharat Mata.
This year, 840 trainees from across the country are participating in the varga. Trainees have also come from Jammu and Kashmir. The camp includes volunteers below the age of 40. The 25-day camp will conclude with a public ceremony on June 5.
The camp provides training focused on social awareness and social transformation. Addressing the trainees, Alok Kumar Ji stated that the Karyakarta Vikas Varga Dwitiya provides an experience of nationalistic views. Trainees witness the diversity of Bharat here, and realize that despite the diversity, the core thought remains one. The dedicated efforts during the varga result in the emergence of capable workers. For everyone here, the saffron flag is the ultimate Guru.
The commencement of this camp is taking place on the sacred day of Buddha Purnima. Bharat has gained recognition in the world because of Lord Buddha, Mahatma Gandhi, and Yoga. The objective of this camp is to ensure the rapid development of workers within a defined period, so that the growth of the organization can be achieved through them. A worker gradually evolves, and that very process accelerates the expansion of the organization.
In states like Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and many others, workers had to face struggles, and it was from those very places that the organization began to grow. The tradition of training camps started in Nagpur in 1927. Since then, hundreds of such camps are held every year across the country. However, organizing the Karyakart vika varga Dwitiya in the sacred soil of Nagpur remains a source of inspiration for the workers, and they go out into society carrying the values and discipline they acquire here.
