Jammu. Trikuta Samvad Kendra J&K organised a “GHOSHTI” on the issue of “DESH KI SURAKSHA SAMBHANDIT CHUNITIAN” on 22nd November at Sewa Bharti Sabhagar, Ambphalla, Jammu. Lt.Gen(retd) N.S.Malik, former Dy.Chief of Army Staff was the Chief Guest. The programme was chaired by Maj.Gen. (Retd) S.K.Sharma and Brig.Suchet Singh Prant Sanghchalk RSS J&K was Special Guest. Dr.Satya Dev, President of Trikuta Samvad Kendra gave welcome speech and introduced the guests.
Lt.Gen. (Retd) N.S.Malik deliberated the topic very thoughtfully, gave minute descriptions of challenges before the nation and suggested remedies to face them. In his opinion, absence of leadership qualities was mainly responsible for our country’s present situation. He said that Bharat was strong enough to face its enemies like China and Pakistan. But the need of hour is to inculcate the feelings of patriotism amongst youth and for this cause he has devoted himself at the behest of present leadership by touring all over the country.
Brig.Suchet Singh compared the border of the country to that of Mother’s clothes for the defence of which the responsibility lies with all the countrymen. He also deliberated on internal as well as external challenges. He mentioned 5 factors for soldiers’ capabilities. He said that in the world Bharat is 4th such country who has independent soldiers’ policy.
Maj.Gen. (S.K.Sharma) also deliberated on the issue. Prof G Murti also presented his views on the occasion. The programme was conducted by Sh.Upendra Sharma.
