How does the “Rakta Seva” app works?
If you download the “Blood Service App” from the Google Play Store and install it on your phone and register under your name.… Then you can request for blood/platelets/plasma for yourself or for someone you know. Acceptance information will be received from donors within 3 hours of the request.
Prithviraj said that if no information was received from the donors, if you call for call center number 040-4821-4920, then the call center would talk to the blood donors.
