The participation of Sheila Ramachandran, wife of N. Ramachandran from Edappally who was killed in the Pahalgam terrorist attack, in the Tiranga Gaurav Yatra held in Ernakulam was inspiring and filled with pride.
The march, was organized to congratulate the Central Government and the armed forces for the success of Operation Sindoor. Hundreds participated in the Gaurav yatra, chanting patriotic slogans such as “Bharat Mata Ki Jai” and “Vande Mataram”. The event was inaugurated by Major Ravi at the front of the Ernakulam Government Guest House.
Major Ravi stated that Operation Sindoor is one of the most decisive military operations in the history of the Indian Army. It demonstrated to the world both Bharat’s defence capabilities and the precision of its strike. He emphasized that no terrorist organization or their supporting nations would dare attempt another Pahalgam against Bharat.
The event was also addressed by Commander Sajjan, State Vice President of the Ex-Servicemen’s Council, Adv. K.S. Shaiju, and Adv. S. Saji, Coordinator of Salute India.

Rajagopal, Prashti Prasannan, Nationalist Congress State President Kuruvilla Mathews, BDJS District President Adv. Sreekumar Thattarat, councilors Sudha Dilip, Padmaja S. Menon, Adv. Priya Prashanth, T. Padmakumari, Consumers Federation of India District President Parappuram Radhakrishnan, and District Vice President of the Environmental Protection Committee Gopu Parameswaran.
The march concluded near the Gandhi statue close to Rajendra Maidan via Floor Shore Road.
