Kochi, Kerala (VSK). Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra has another blow to the Congress as soon as it enters Ernakulam district in Kerala. Party’s Ernakulam Central Constituency President Radhakrishnan Parappuram has joined the BJP. Radhakrishnan Parappuram is a leader who has held the posts of District President of Congress Traders Association, Ernakulam District General Secretary of OBC Congress and Ernakulam District Secretary of R Shankar Foundation.
Radhakrishnan said in a press conference that he was attracted to the BJP because of his belief in the development activities implemented by the Modi government in the country. Rahul’s Bharat Jodo Yatra will not affect the central government. He said that compared to other political parties, BJP is proud of its leadership and lack of corruption and was impressed by the corruption-free image of the Modi government.
They are traveling because there are many problems in the Congress. BJP is relevant in the country’s journey forward. Radhakrishnan also said that the Congress should look into why the former Punjab Chief Minister left the Congress and joined the BJP.
