The 7th Mobile Medical Unit, supported by Vistaar Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. and Samarpaka Sewa Trust, Bengaluru, was inaugurated at Sripuram in Vellore district. This initiative is operated in collaboration with Sri Narayani Hospital & Research Centre.
This new Mobile Medical Unit aims to serve the primary healthcare needs of rural communities in and around Vellore, helping ensure medical care reaches all.
During this event, the 2025 edition of SEWA SADHNA, an annual publication by Rashtriya Sewa Bharati, was officially released. The publication was jointly launched by Pujya Sri Shakti Amma, Dr. L. Murugan (Minister of State for Information & Broadcasting and Parliamentary Affairs), N. Balaji (Admin. Trustee & Director, Sri Narayani Hospital), Jagadeesan Ji, Bhuvan Kumar Ji, Nirmal Kumar (General Secretary, Sewa Bharati Tamilnadu), Santosh Kumar Ramdas (South Zonal Head, Vistaar Finance), and Rajanna (Managing Trustee, Samarpaka Sewa Trust).
SEWA SADHNA is a national-level publication that guides and inspires social service work across Bharat. The 2025 edition focuses on “Disaster Management”, featuring articles on relief efforts, preparedness, and experiences shared by volunteers.
