Kalaburagi. In yet another case of killing by Islamists, a 25-year-old Hindu youth was brutally murdered in the Kalaburagi district on Wednesday night.
The deceased identified as Vijay Kamble, a resident of Bheema Nagar Layout in Wadi town was in love with a woman of a different faith.
A tense situation prevailed in the district after Kamble’s dead body was found near the railway bridge where he was brutally assaulted by miscreants. A profusely bleeding Kamble died on the spot. Police have beefed up security in sensitive and hyper-sensitive pockets of the town to prevent any untoward incident.
According to police, Kamble was in love with a woman belonging to another religion and wanted to marry her but the woman’s family was opposed to their relationship.
Police on Friday arrested two persons in connection with the brutal murder of Vijay.

The girl’s brother identified as Shahabuddin was arrested along with his associate by Wadi police.
