Chennai. Values are important to be imparted in student’s mind said N Panchanatham in a book release function organized by Vijayabharatham Prasuram. A special release of two books titled ‘Tamiizhagam Thantha Thava Puthalvargal’ and ‘Bharatha Varalatril Aaru Porkalangal’ was released in Chennai on 10 March, 2021. N Panchanatham, Vice Chancellor, Tamilnadu Teacher’s Education University presided over the function. Elaborating on the patriotism by Velu Nachiyar in his speech Gowri, Vice Chancellor, Madras University received the first copy of the book. Dr. Gowri Durai Singam Nachiyar, from the lineage of Velu Nachiyar family said that Velu Nachiyar’s language proficiency in seven languages helped her to coordinate with like-minded nearby rulers to drive away the British forces then.
Sunil Ambekar, RSS Akhil Bharatiya Sah Prachar Pramuk released the book and Dr. Gowri received the first copy of the book.
In his speech, Sunil Ambekar said that it is the need of the hour to take this knowledge to the public and younger generations. Showing the same thing, recalling the history is a major task. Everyone should remember their history; it continues as civilization and should be proud of it. We must know our ancestors, their personalities, and reclaim ancestors, he said.
Ramakrishna Prasad, RSS Sah Prant Karyavah (Uttar Tamilnadu) briefed about the book ‘Tamiizhagam Thantha Thava Puthalvargal’ and B Prakaash, RSS Sampark Pramukh (Uttar Tamilnadu) highlighted the importance of the book Bharatha Varalatril Aaru Porkalangal’. Chandrasekar, RSS Sah Prant Prachar Pramukh welcomed the gathering and B Narasimhan, Prant Prachar Pramukh rendered vote of thanks. Sinduja enthused the audience with inaugural song and Karthik, Vijayabharathm Prasuram co-ordinated the event. Heads of various educational institutions were present in the function.
